How it works

Browse all properties from Hotels, or use the search bar on the home page to enter your dates and number of guests. Open a hotel to see its rooms, photos, amenities and facilities (dining, spa & fitness, meetings, cinema & games).

Pick a room type, confirm your check-in and check-out dates and guest count, then continue to checkout. We place a short hold on the room while you complete payment.

At checkout, choose the payment method offered by that hotel:

• Card (Paystack) — you're redirected to Paystack's secure page. On success your booking is confirmed immediately.
• Bank transfer — transfer the exact total to the hotel's account shown at checkout, then upload your proof of payment (receipt or screenshot). Your booking shows “Proof submitted” until staff verify the transfer and confirm it.
• Pay on arrival — reserve now and settle at the hotel when you check in.

After payment you'll see a confirmation page and receive a confirmation email. You can view and track every reservation under My Account → Reservations.

Members earn points on every stay — 3% (Silver), 5% (Gold) or 7% (Platinum) of what you spend, where 1 point = ₦1. Your tier rises automatically as your stays and lifetime spend grow. See the details on the Galaxy Elite Rewards page.

In My Account → Rewards, spend points on catalog rewards — room nights, spa treatments, dining credits and upgrades. Each redemption issues a voucher code (e.g. RDM-ABC12345) with an expiry date. Present the code at the property and our staff will apply it.

Your account holds a personal QR code that staff can scan at the property to instantly confirm your tier and points balance.

Update your details in Profile, and review your reservations, rewards and points history any time you're signed in.
